GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Request for temporary stay (authorization to study) confirmed and signed, with two passport size photos
A. If you are going to remain less than one year in the Canada, validate you passport for one year minimum.
B. If you are going to remain more than one year, validate your passport for one year in Canada.
C. Previous passport, if you have it.
Fax or original of the letter of acceptance of the institution where you´re going to realize your studies.
Letter of the employer indicating position, time of service, salary and vacation or license to study in the Canada and the exact time.
If you recently finish your studies you give an authenticated copy of the diploma or certificate of the institute.
If you are going to assume the costs of study, a declaration (statement) is needed notarized by the person who is financing his or her expenses in the Canada expressing clearly his commitment.
A. Originals and photocopies of the income statements or certificate of income and retentions of the last 2 years.
B. Originals and photocopies of the bank statements of the last 3 months from your savings account which demonstrate economic(economical) suffiency to endorse his or her request.
If you´re a minor, you need a letter of the person who will be in charge of you wellfair during the trip, birth certificate and authorization of his or her parents properly authenticated mentioning the destination, point and time of your stay in Canada.
If you´re going to take a 3 month english course, you will granted a visa of tourism.
If you´re going remain more than 6 months in the Canada you must have complete you a medical examination before requesting the visa. The examination mentioned above must be requested along side the student form and must be handded in with the results of the examinations and documentation.
Students bound to the province of Quebec need authorazation and approval from the Quebec government.
