Mission: To contribute to the development of Latin America in two fundamental areas: EDUCATION and HEALTH. In the field of EDUCATION the fundamental objective is to stimulate a greater amount of Latin American students in the globalisation, to think with the intention to contribute with new ideas to the development of our countries. An alternative objective is the promotion of the Latin American culture and the Spanish language for foreigners.
In the HEALTH area we look to promote preventive medicine and consequently the healthful expantion of the Latin citizens.
Vision: To be a professional and reliable source of consultancy in international education and preventive medicine for the Latin American countries. To develop a network of Latin American countries interested in offering the teaching of the Spanish language and promoting the culture of the region.

Founded 1999 in Colombia by the Dr. Hugo Galindo Salom, specialized Medical Doctor in preventive medicine (ACNEM AUSTRALIA), in Epidemiology (ROSARIO UNI., COLOMBIA) and Masters in Education (GRIFFITH UNI., AUSTRALIA) and his wife Dr. Rocio Leudo ,Odonologist, specialist in Oral Prevention and ex-scholar (COLEGIO ODONTOLOGICO COLOMBIANO).
Services: Consultment in college education for pregrades and postgraduates in well developed countries, as well as studies of languages around the world. Organization of annual fairs for international institutions. Processing of student visa. Support in processes for homestay with international families, reception in airports, medical assistance. Founded under the special resolution number 609 of September 23, 2003 in the town hall of Bogota, Colombia by Grupo Gales International Educationan and Grupo Gales Preventive Medicine
Services: with the main purpose to offer economic aid to people of limited resources so that they realize studies of any level in Colombia or overseas. The source of their income comes from contributions generated by the companies that founded it.

Founded in Brisbane, Australia, the 9 of October of 2006 by Hugo Galindo, Philip Hyung Pak and Fileland Australia.
