One of the leading countries of the European union is France.
The current single currency (Euro) has turned Europe into a great nation. Being France, "axle and engine" of this great project.
The best place in the world to learn French, is undoubtedly France, which can alternate with a cultural enrichment that few countries can overcome.
You can work while studying, part time, as long as the work does not interfere with your studies.
"Their costal areas between the two oceans, its culture, its central location in Europe, its international fashion, its varied geography, its high academic reputation and its position as a global power at international level make France one of the most exclusive destinations for any ambitious student."
France is the most extensive country in western Europe; its basically flat and has a hexagonal configuration, but is divided into different basins with different heights. The mountains are: the Alps, to the Southeast, at the Italian border, the Pyrenees, to the South in the Spanish border, the mountains of swearing, east to the border of Switzerland, the Vosges and the Ardennes, in the Northeast, along the border of Belgian, German and Luxembourg, the Massif Central and mountains of Auvergne, in the Southeast of the Central region. In the French Alps is the highest peak in Western Europe, Mont Blanc (4807 m), along the border with Switzerland and Italy. The fertile plains in the north have turned the country into the largest producer of wheat in the continent. France is the first Western European nation in agricultural production (most of its surface is dedicated to crops) and the fifth of the world´s export volume. One fifth of the surface is covered by forests. The country is rich in minerals especially iron and coal.
In much of the territory there is temperate continental climate, with temperatures in the summer that range from 17°C and 25°C with cold, wet winters but no extreme weather. The rainfall is highly variable, with a percentage in the area of great Paris of 164 rainy days a year, exceeding the 200 of Britain or Alsace, and 60 days in Corsica and the French Riviera. For its part, on the island of Corsica sustains a Mediterranean climate (mild, rainy winters and dry summers) and in the coastal areas of the south and southeast.
The accused geographical diversity of France makes it very difficult to get to know the whole country even if one should devote his whole life to doing so. In varied landscape of France you can find the worn-out coastal areas of Britain, the limestone hills of Provence, the cannons of the Pyrenees, the bays in the shape of a horseshoe of Corsica, and the profusion of wooded valleys of Dordogne to the snow-capped peaks of the Alps.
