1. Postulation Form finished and signed by applicant.
2. Passport ( must be valid for at least 3 months after estimated time of departure).
3. Passport size photo with the name of the applicant written on the back.
4. Letter of provisional acceptance from an educational institution in New Zealand. The letter must specify the following:
* Title of the course and the minimal time necessary to complete it.
* The entire cost of the course.
5. Transfer the value of the studies and await letter of confirmation of acceptance to the institution. ( bring copy of the transference).
6. Evidence of funds for accomadation during your stay in New Zealand:
* A letter or certificate from a bank in New Zealand confirming that nz$ 1,000 has been deposited for every month you plan on staying or evidence of transference of funds to New Zealand.
* Or letter of an educational institution confirming that the accommodation and other expenses of your accomodations are included in the pregrade package (exchanges).
* In case the student is sponsored, it is necessary to complete the sponsor form ¨financial undertaking for a student ¨, guaranteeing the economic accomodations of the student while he/she is in New Zealand. This form must be signed and stamped by the bank of the sponsor, also, it is necessary to present evidence of economic solvency of the sponsor, such as a certified photocopy of the credit card along with recent bank statements, original bank letters from the bank and certified documents that demonstrate ownership of a property.
7. If you´re working, it is necessary to present a letter from your employer confirming the your current work status (including remuneration) and the possibility of continueing this employment once you have finished the course in New Zealand.
8. If you work independently, it is necessary to present:
* Evidence that show your economic records of your business from the last few years.
* Chamber of commerce registration
* Tax returns
* Bank statements, etc
9. If you´re currently in school, you must present evidence that confirms your regular assistance as a student.
10. If you are a minor you need:
* Authenticated letter stating permission given by your parents or guardians to travel to New Zealand.
* Original birth certificate
* Courses taken for more than 2 years
* If you are a minor you must present a letter of recommendation, for example, from an educational institution.
* If you are an adult, a criminal clearence certificate is needed.
* The immigration service of New Zealand needs a x-ray examination (done recently in the last two months), done by a credited doctor recommended by the embassy.
