The search for employment is designed for the people who want to be employed in the hotel industry of Australia. The applicants are located in hotels, restaurants, club´s, bars, and in all the areas of public service, maintenance or administrative (reception, food and drinks, culinary kitchen assistants, kitchen, house keeping). It was ideally made for students in hotel trading and tourism of different countries, like an internship of 6 months or 1 year as the applicant wishes. The cost of the program will be the same even if you choose 6 months or 1 year.

The general conditions to be eligible are:
* To be between the ages of 18 and 30 years, and to be studying Hotel trading or Tourism at a professional, technological level, or recently graduated from such careers( no more than 2 years). It is not valid for any profession different from hotel trading and tourism. To be interested in the hotel industry and tourism.
* Level of intermediate advanced English (minimum results in the examination of the IELTS must be 5.5, or 200 in the TOEFL, with good abilities to speak and listen.
* Your curriculum with atleast to academic references.
* General grades from your University, or Technological institute.
* Complete application form (Group Gales).
* To fulfill with the requirements of the 416 visa for Australia (working visa).
* It is necessary to buy the air ticket going and returning to be able to enter the Australian territory.

All the applicants can remain in Australia working for a maximum of 12 months.
If the applicant wishes to study English, he can take a 12 week course, inside the12 month period.
If the student speaks good English, he will not be forced to study it, and your 1 year visa will be granted for full time employment.
There is available employment throughout the whole year, nevertheless, there are limited dates stipulated for some months. Consult the representative.

Each applicant will receive a salary that ranges between 10 and 18 Australian dollars per hour, depending on their prior studies, and english level at the moment they apply. Example: if one works 40 hours per week, earning 18 Australian dollars per hour, in one month they´ll receive approximately $ 5.500.000 Colombian pesos.
All applicants can study english for a maximum of 3 months during their stay.

Labor experience will be offered to the applicants, and we´ll do our absolute best to achieve all the requests manifested in the application. The main factors taken in consideration include academic precedents, excellent labor experience, age, english level, and how long you´re staying in Australia.
All employments are guaranteed for the duration of the visa, and they will have a minimal intensity of 20 weekly hours. If your employment ends before the expiration of your visa, a new employment will be searched for the applicant without generating any additional cost.
"Some" job vacancies acquire the applicant to come in for an interview before beggining his/her new employment. If the applicant refuses to attend such interview, it will result in the cancelation of the program, and will be penalized with a sanction as mentioned above in terms and coditions.
The applicant that does´nt succeed in the first interview, will be give a second and third opportunity to pass the interview. If the apllicant refuses to the job offer, it will result in the cancelation of the visa.
The applicants that have no success in the additional interviews, will not given guarantee for other interviews, nevertheless, we´ll do our best effort to organize other interview, with no previous obligation to doing so.
When the applicant has been fired from the company for:
* Bad conduct
* If he/she can´t complete their job due to flaws in english
* If he/she can´t complete their jobs do to inaccurate information in their curriculum.
* If the applicants visa is cancelled due to the violation of immigration laws
* If the applicant resigns from the company without prior approval
The accommodation service and pickup from the airport is offered with and additional cost.
Every individual will obtain a full time work permit with the conditions attached to the 8107. This means that it is not allowed to:
Stop working for the employer who requested for you in the visa application, remaining unemployed, or changing employer.
To be employed in job that is inconsistent with your nominated occupation, to work for others , or independently, while you find yourself still employed by your current employer who requested for you. (for example, having a second job).
All applicants must complete the following programs one week before beginning his/her labor placement.
Preparation for the labor placement:
You must take an exclusive 1 week course. This is an intensive course specifically designed for the applicants that are going to be located laboraly in Australia. The course treats related aspects of labor in Australia and an introduction of proper english for Hotel trading and Tourism.
The course provides the applicants an ambience of learning that makes an objective to provide trust, stimulation and independence as an international employee in Australia. The course preparation for labor search is the perfect opportunity for the applicant to learn some very important aspects before initiating his/her work placement.
This one day certificate, teaches the requirements and knowledge for the responsible handling of alcohol under the state legislation of the Australian territory. Every employee who is going work with alcohols related job in hotels, clubs and restaurants must complete this program.
