Grupo Gales only provides general and inicial information about the migration process in Colombia, receives the contract, reviews all the documents and once they are complete GG sends them (via email) to the migration agent office in Australia, Mr. Rayond Solaiman, who Grupo Gales represents in Colombia. It is not unusual that once the documents have been sent either the migration agent or the skills assessment authorities ask for the additional documents. The client must cooporate providing all the information and or documentation trought out the process. According the our refund polocies, there will be no refund of fees one week after signing this agreement. Any complaints regarding the general information of the process, and documents received by our company must be submitted to Grupo Gales.
Raymod Solaimans Resposability (Australia):
Everything regarding the evaluation process of the career, the solicitation of the visa, changes in law regulations, and all the actions related to the process, once the documents are in the Migration agent office in Australia (psysically or by email). Each agency in its country acts autonomously and independent, for this reason each agency is only resposable for its acts.
Any complaints regarding the skills assessment, payments, law changes, fees, visa application, must be submitted directly to the migration agent. www.rayimmigration.com.au
Important Note: We must abide and adjust to any changes in the law of the Australian Goverment, without holding our company accountable of these changes. Once the contract has been signed the client has seven days for any change in his/her decision and will have the right to 100% client refund. After this period of time there will be no refunds, without exceptions unless the visa has been denied and all appealing posibilities have been attempted. For this reason we suggest to you only begin this process after being properly considered.
Finally, we remind you that, as well as in any country of the world, Australia immigration department is the one making the decision in grating or rejecting the visa. All clients must read and sign these conditions before signing the contract.
The time limit to attain any reintegration is of 60 dias, upon the moment that this has been approved by Grupo Gales and Raymond Solaiman.
